Quick setup steps

Switch your Instagram to Business or Creator.

Link that Instagram account to a Facebook Page (IG app > Settings > Account type > Connect or Meta Accounts Center).

Click Connect to Instagram and approve permissions.

Create a Post Group, set prompts & schedules, and let FeedMyPost publish for you.

If you see “Invalid Scopes”, open your Facebook app settings and ensure your app is in Live mode and you’ve requested the correct permissions for your app. For testing, add your FB user as a Developer/Tester on the app.

Make sure your Instagram is Business/Creator and is actually linked to a Facebook Page (you’ll select this Page in the login dialog).

The Redirect URI here must exactly match the one configured in your Facebook app (case and protocol sensitive).
