Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FeedMyPost mobile app, the FeedMyPost WordPress plugin, and feedmypost.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Bundleman Limited ("FeedMyPost," "we," "us," "our").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. What the Service Does

FeedMyPost helps you generate and schedule social media content using AI. Depending on how you configure it, the Service can:

• Generate captions, images, and video from prompts you write, topics you ask it to research from the live web, or content feeds (CSV/RSS) you connect
• Publish that content — automatically on a schedule, or only after your manual approval, depending on your settings — to social accounts you connect (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, or WordPress)
• Store media you upload (image collections, video clips, reference images) for reuse across automations

You control what gets generated and how it's published. We don't review content before it's created, and — unless you turn on "Require approval" for a given automation — we don't review it before it's posted either.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

4. AI-Generated Content — Your Responsibility

Content the Service generates — captions, images, research summaries — is produced by AI and may be inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended use, particularly content generated from a research topic, which is grounded in live web/news sources we don't independently verify. You are responsible for reviewing content before it goes out under your name or brand, especially for any automation where "Require approval" is off. We are not liable for consequences arising from AI-generated content you chose to publish, including automatically.

5. Connected Third-Party Accounts

When you connect a social media account, you authorize FeedMyPost to post to it on your behalf using the permissions you grant during that platform's own authorization flow. You remain responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms of service and content policies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, WordPress, etc.) — we are not responsible for actions those platforms take against your account, including suspension or removal of content, even if that content was generated or scheduled through FeedMyPost. You can disconnect any account at any time from within the app or plugin.

6. Subscription Plans, Credits, and Billing

Credits

Generating text, images, or video consumes credits. New accounts receive a free credit allowance on signup. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) include a monthly credit allowance; you can also purchase one-time credit packs.

Billing

Subscriptions and credit packs are billed either through Stripe (on feedmypost.com) or through Google Play / Apple App Store in-app purchases, depending on where you subscribe. We don't store your full payment card details ourselves — your payment provider handles that.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access (and any unused credits) until then.

Credits don't reset on downgrade or cancellation

Credits already granted to your account — from signup, a subscription, or a credit pack — remain on your account and don't get clawed back just because your plan changes or lapses. They're a separate balance from your plan tier.

Refunds

Purchases are subject to the refund policy of whichever store processed them (Google Play, Apple App Store, or Stripe) — we don't independently guarantee refunds outside of what that store's policy allows. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back through the store or your payment provider, we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding credits from your account (down to a minimum of zero) and, for subscriptions, to downgrade your plan.

Fair use

Credit costs for each action (text, image, video generation) are shown in the app and may change from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material pricing changes in advance.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing of someone else's intellectual property or rights, or that impersonates another person or organization without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts, media, and content you provide, and of the content the Service generates for you (subject to the underlying AI provider's own usage terms, where applicable). FeedMyPost and its licensors retain all rights to the Service itself — the app, plugin, website, and underlying software.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which permanently removes your profile, connected accounts, credits, plan, scheduled posts, activity history, and uploaded media. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or don't pay applicable fees.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free of errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedMyPost and Bundleman Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service — including consequences of AI-generated content you published or scheduled to publish. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
