The credit system is as follows:
AI text Post: 5 credits charged
AI Image Post: 10 credits charged
AI Video Post (4s long): 40 credits charged
AI Video Post (8s long): 80 credits charged
AI Video Post (12s long): 120 credits charged
AI Video Post (15s long): 150 credits charged

Certainly! Once you’ve signed up for a free account, you’ll have access to the AI Post Generator, where a text prompt, image prompt, and/or video prompt can be defined.

Example text prompts could be
“Generate a random quote”

The quote could also be generated from an RSS Feed (if RSS Feed or CSV has been specified)
“Generate a summary of the news stories in the rss feed [[FEED_URL]]. Write the summary like if I’m a blogger”

You can also return a product image url. If an image is returned in the text prompt it is automatically used as the Image e.g “Download [[FEED_URL]] and return a random description of a product and a related product image url” 
will download the feed, generate a description and the image will be the related image url. Note that only the first 1MB of the feed will be downloaded

Example image prompt could be the output from the text prompt can also be used e.g:
“Generate a photo of a man sitting on a bench in a garden that relates to the quote [[TEXT_OUTPUT]]”

Example video prompt could also be from the text prompt e.g
“Generate a video of a man speaking the quote : [[TEXT_OUTPUT]]

Once prompts have been created, a preview can be generated. If you are happy with the post generator, the post could either be posted to the Instagram account or the post group could be scheduled to be run in an automated manner. Once scheduled, the generation of the post occurs at the defined schedule automatically, without any further input from you.
